Travel awards for accepted paper will be available to International Session speakers, to cover the costs of airfare, accommodations, registration fee, and other expenses. We will offer JPY 100,000 (Maximum) for speakers, who will be selected by the Committee of International Communication for Academic Research of JSDT.
2) Registration Fee
*Registration fee for the presenter (first author) of International Sessions is waived.
*If the presenter is an international student in Japan, he/she has to pay the registration fee. Instead, the Committee of International Communication for Academic Research of JSDT will offer the grant in the amount of JPY 20,000.
3) Others
*It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain a visa required for entering Japan.
